Relatives of a minor who received life-threatening harm after being thrown from the top floor of the Tate Modern have announced their "courageous fighter" has accomplished his goal of being able to jump, swim, and run again.

The young boy was six years old when he was hurled from a railing by a youth, then seventeen.
