Former NFL star Antonio Brown is returning to Miami to address an attempted murder accusation connected with a gunfire that happened in May, with his lawyer filing a not guilty declaration on his behalf.

Jail documents in Essex County, New Jersey, indicate that Brown was released on Tuesday morning for his transfer to Florida. Brown, among the most famous players in the NFL, had relinquished extradition to Florida from New Jersey, in which he was taken after being apprehended in Dubai.
