Incredible $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
After a brief run earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time available through early December. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at over $1,300. And there are three different bundles offered in this deal.
Primary Feature
The big draw is certainly permanent access for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Basic Package
The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-item bundle for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

All 17 volumes of Cartographer's Annual are included here, plus numerous other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, underground complexes, urban centers, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly more advantageous for cartography beginners since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief.
