The acclaimed novelist claims she is unable to enter the UK because of legal concerns
Novelist the celebrated author explained she chose not to attend the UK to accept a book prize this past few days as she worried she could be detained due to her endorsement of British group Palestine Action.
The Irish novelist has contributed financial support to the group, which was proscribed as a illegal entity by the UK government in mid-summer, subsequent to members broke into an RAF base and targeted two government jets in recent months.

She is not presently involved with the production house on any new adaptations and has not been a employee.
In the past few days, 890 people were detained at a demonstration challenging the ban on the organization in the UK capital on the weekend as reported by the local authorities.
